Psychotherapy

I work with couples, adults, teens, and families who are seeking change and growth. In therapy, I create a safe, warm, and compassionate space where we can collaborate and explore together. Whether you're facing challenges in romantic relationships, family conflicts, or struggles with self-awareness and clarity, my goal is to support you in building more meaningful, fulfilling connections in all areas of your life.

Using evidence-based approaches, I help clients identify patterns that contribute to distress and develop new ways of relating that foster understanding, trust, and resilience. I firmly believe that clients are the best experts of their own lives, and my role is to support and guide you in unlocking the wisdom to create meaningful change and lasting growth. I want therapy to be a space where you develop insights and watch yourself grow.

Our therapeutic relationship is the most important part of our work. our sessions will be collaborative, goal-oriented and treatments will be centered around your needs. my systemic view allows me to look at every individual client within the context of systems (relationships, environments, life experiences, etc.) they are a part of. Being nuanced in my work is something I take very seriously.

It is a profound privilege to be entrusted with your life story. I am committed to providing compassionate, culturally attuned support that fosters healing, resilience, and growth for you.

  • What is the "No Surprises Act"?

Effective January 1, 2022, the “No Surprises Act” went into effect, protecting clients from surprise medical billing. This act requires all healthcare providers to offer a “Good Faith Estimate” (GFE) to patients who are either uninsured or who choose not to use their insurance for healthcare services. If applicable, your GFE will outline the expected costs for mental health care services. Please note that the GFE won’t include any unforeseen costs that may arise during treatment. More information will be included during intake.
